After some difficulty uploading the image on the order (operator error I’m sure) the portrait was prepared. The process was simple (once the image was uploaded) including approving the proof and receiving the portrait. There was a bit of a delay in delivery, mostly down to the festive break.
The portrait is lovely and made the perfect gift for my daughter.

The only think I would say is my last one I ordered the frame in one corner was quite badly damaged as it wasn’t packed up like all the others so I emailed and explained the problem they came back to me very quickly and are sending a new frame which I am still waiting on very helpful apart from that I’d definitely recommend beautiful very realistic stunning so all animal lovers what you waiting for get your orders in now you won’t be disappointed

This is second picture I have bought. My sister bought me a picture of my girl who passed away in September this year. I then had one done for my son's dog which is my dogs brother. The watercolour portrait is fabulous and I know that the recipients will absolutely love it. I was expecting the portrait though to be like the ones advertised where there are watercolour splodges as the background but sadly the portrait has arrived with a plain white background instead so I am a little disappointed. The website doesn't make it clear that you have to request the background as advertised.

I absolutely love the portraits! ❤️ this was my fourth order because the quality is always fantastic. However, this time there was a bit of a mishap. I had to follow up two weeks after placing my order, and the first customer care response wasn’t very reassuring; I was simply told there had been a mistake and that my order would be sent to print immediately.
Thankfully, the situation was eventually resolved, and I did receive my portrait on time, which was especially important since it was a gift. In the end, I’m happy with the result, but the customer service experience could have been smoother.

I love my picture! Ordering was easy and the proof was available within 24 hours. However, 2 - 4 day delivery was misleading - they should pre-warn you that it could be quite some time before the artwork is actually dispatched.
