General Questions🙋
Yes, we have already drawn many unique animals. From cute bunnies to birds or snakes. If it is an animal, we can draw it!
After ordering, you will receive a preview of your artwork in your e-mail within 24 hours. You can approve or reject it. If you reject it, you can still add comments to improve the picture until you are 100% satisfied. You can even send in a new photo if you really don't like it.
This is certainly possible. You can add up to 3 pets onto one portrait when ordering. Do you want more than 3 pets on one portrait? Contact our customer service for a special request ;)
Yes, you can enter the date of birth & death together or separately in the "date of birth" box.
Although drawing animals is our speciality, we can also draw people. Just upload a picture of the person's that you would like to be drawn and we'll draw it!
Yes, if you do not want a name on your portrait, you can simply leave the "pet name" box empty.
1.) The photo must have good lighting. Preferably with natural lighting.
2.) Close up and from the front. Clear, sharp photos from the front give the best results.
3.) Avoid blurred or dark photos.

Returns 📦
You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, we have often already started drawing your pet(s) and there is a £7.95 drawing/cancellation fee per pet.
Because the nature of our product is unique to your order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns after delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service, so that we can still satisfy you.

On average we deliver your artwork within 2-4 working days after ordering.
We charge £4,95 shipping costs.
